Ashwin, it might be worth linking with Asher Hasan (also a TEDIndia Fellow) to look at his insurance initiative for the extremely poor. Also from the TEDGlobal batch, Naseem Aseffi is a doctor/filmmaker. She can't make it to TEDIndia, but it might be worth connecting with her.
